This shop is incompetent and terribly rude. I seriously advise against using this shop. They are no good. I have recorded calls of them accepting service and a tow and then reneging and saying they do not perform work on the cars like their ad says. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. They are dishonest.
This person called us wanting to tow in his vehicle. From what he explained, he needed diagnostics on some issues it was having. He called back when the tow truck arrived and explained that he needed his vehicle fixed but he would not agree to diagnostics. The service writer here told him that he cannot tow in his car if he does not agree to diagnostics, since we would not know what repairs were needed. He then got very emotional and threatened to sue us because had to find another shop to tow his vehicle to.
