Had a really good experience here today with my Subaru. They were friendly, communicative, and got the work done the same day. I appreciated the clear explanation of what was needed, the discounts on the invoice, and even the little air freshener left in my car. UPDATE: Business was quick to reach out and refund the charge. Apparently it was an accidental double charge for labor but labeled under windshield wiper install. Wife’s car has towed here. They did appropriate service and it’s running again, but noticed after she came home that they slipped in a $169.95 charge + cost for changing front wiper blades. Check your bill and don’t let them near your wipers.

Please call us at 504-299-9800 to give us the opportunity to correct this, since we do not ever intentionally charge anywhere near that amount to replace wiper blades. Sorry this happened - we found the mistake on the invoice, and we want to give you a refund.
