I am sorry that you thought that the rear brake job was expensive, but you did call ahead for an estimate in which we gave you one for $500 before tax. Your price at check out was actually $488 before tax which included a $50 rack inspection, which you approved since your vehicle was making a grinding noise and you wanted us to check it out. We even pointed out to you that your rear struts are falling apart and sent you a picture of your coolant reservoir because there is oil mixed in with your coolant. So the price we gave you at check out was actually cheaper even with the inspection added on than the one quoted over the phone. Also, know that we only use premium parts - we don't cut any corners especially on brakes - that comes with a nationwide warranty for 12 months/12k miles parts & labor. As far as our labor pricing, we charge less per hour than most shops in this area.
