They are a great auto place! We were leaving to go on a cruise and they took our vehicle and got it up and going for us so we could make it back home we were 6 hours from home and very worried but they took it in and diagnosed it and had us up and running would highly recommend.

I was driving down from Alabama to get on a cruise ship with my family for vacation before my kids go back to school. We were 50 minutes out from New Orleans and stopped for fuel. I cut my car off and went inside came back out and my car would not crank. Had it towed to Nola automotive and had no idea about this place as I am not from here. The next morning I walk 1.5 miles from the hotel to meet them and see if them could fix my car not only did they tell me to not worry and have a great vacation they stored my car for free and ordered parts and fixed it the day I came back, the lady in the office actually left in her car and personally picked up the part so they would not have to wait on delivery truck. These folks did not have to go above and beyond but they absolutely did and I could not be more thankful for these wonderful people at Nola automotive!

Quick, easy service. Was 1000 miles from home with an issue, took care of me within an hour. Walked me through what they did to remedy the issue and got me back on the road.

I don't take my aging Jeep anywhere but here. They've taken care of me on multiple occasions and have always found the most direct, simple solutions for my issues. They've saved me considerable money and keep my beloved Jeep on the road. I'd give more stars if I could!

ray was super helpful! the shop also gave me resources for getting my car towed to the shop as well. i haven’t driven the car just yet but they we very prompt with keeping me updated with my car too!
