Went here on a Friday and it was almost 5 p.m., then. I'm just so happy their auto mechanic still accommodated my suspension problem when I got there. Stayed there for an hour or so and he took me through the diagnostic process until he found a solution. It put my mind at ease that it really didn't matter not having my car the entire weekend cos I know they're closed on the weekends. Still, I was able to get my car out there on Monday and now it's working really well! Thanks guys for the great experience!

Visited my sister in Nola and had a problem with my car. We took it here and the mechanic was very professional. They explained to me what went wrong with my engine and how they're going to fix it. I waited for a couple of hours but I'm glad they were able to finish it within the day. What a lifesaver! Thanks, NOLA!

Amazing staff and amazing service. I had to replace my alternator on my car and the entire team worked with me to get the best deal in a timely fashion. My car now runs great again without any issues. I would definitely recommend this team and I plan on going back in the future.

I just moved to New Orleans from Houston (originally from Miami), and definitely overdrove my 1973 MB 280C on the way here. I am very picky with the mechanics that work on my car... I just needed a simple oil change, and they were prompt in scheduling me for it and in servicing the car. Lisa at reception was super friendly while I waited, as were the different mechanics that came in and out of the waiting area. I then met Joe (I'll assume he is the manager and/or owner) and he walked me out to my car, and we discussed some future plans for it (clear coat, upholstery, etc). Very friendly. I will be back to have them work on the AC, and then then cosmetic issues of my 45 year old gal. Thank you NOLA Automotive! See you soon!

I was looking for a reliable/trustworthy auto shop and yelp didn't let me down. I brought my car in for squeeling brakes and expected to pay a large sum to get them replaced. They told me that I still had 40% of the life left on my brakes. They could have easily decided to take advantage of me. They are extremely transparent and I will be back. Thanks!
