Don’t get ripped off by “Bob” the mechanic. Go to NOLA and get honest people doing honest work. They know what they are talking about and will explain everything to you. You can be confident you are being treated fairly.

I chose this repair shop because they had so many good reviews my only issues with them were time management. I dropped my car off on Sunday evening and I did not get my car until Thursday afternoon. I called every day checking to see how long it would take for my car to be ready and each time they told me that they would call me back and they never did. Whatever was wrong with my car must’ve not taken super long because they called once they did the diagnostics on that Thursday saying that the car will be ready within two hours. They were busy and backed up, which I understand but no one offered an apology for not returning my calls nor did they explain that they were going to take more than two or three days for something that could’ve been done quicker. Communication could’ve been better. Also they left a lot of dirt stains on my floor mat and inside my drive side door.

I thought I was going to have to replace my brakes but the team at NOLA said they could be refinished. They also noticed another small problem and were able to take care of it too. I like they work on saving you money and not selling you things you don’t really need.

I’ve replaced my brakes before but it’s such a hassle and I’ve had trouble with it too. I decided to try NOLA last time instead. It was a good move. They did the work in a fraction of the time for a good price. From now on I’ll save myself the hassle and go to NOLA.

The transmission in my truck died. I know that getting a new one put in properly is really important. I’ve known friends and family who had subpar work done on new transmission installed and their cars never run right again. After calling around a bit I went with NOLA. They did a fantastic job. The new transmission is great. Truck drives just like before so I know they did a perfect job. If you’re getting transmission work done I can’t recommend these guys enough.
