Giving me a ride to wherever I needed to go and even buying my lunch. They kept me informed on cost and progress of my repairs. Thanks so much for the great service!!

I was on vacation visiting New Orleans this past weekend when my Toyota corolla unexpectedly broke down on the busy streets near the French Quarter. I called NOLA Automotive Repair, and immediately was taken care of. A tow truck was sent to my location and took my car and me to NOLA Automotive Repairs shop. Joe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped into their facility. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle, discussed with me what needed to be done, ordered the proper parts, and had my car up and running only a few hours later. I was very thankful for this automotive team and highly recommend them to anyone from New Orleans, or out of town, who need Automotive repairs/parts. Thanks Joe!!

Always fair and prompt, Ray is good about taking the time to explain things and they always call before doing any additional work. I've been here multiple times and always had a great experience; tires, oil change, repairs, etc, highly recommended.

Accomodating staf that deliver on their promise. They did a great job with my car, replaced my tires, and even had my engine fixed. They also understanf customer concerns when it comes to pricing. I was able to negotiate for a fair price.

These folks are great. I have brought my husbands truck and my daughter in law's SUV into them, They are easy to work with, prices are very reasonable, service is fast. My husbands truck had extensive work done here and we were expecting it to cost around $3000 - their price - $1700 . If I listed the repairs they did you would be amazed at that price just like we were. Funny story - 2 months later - my daughter in laws SUV was making a horrible grinding noise when you put it in reverse to move it from the front of the house so she drove it over there to see what the problem was and I followed her in my car to give her a ride home. When we got home, I parked in the spot she had pulled out of. Later that afternoon I got a call from NOLA automotive and they said they had been over it with a fine tooth comb and couldn't find anything wrong. So - we got back in my car to go pick hers up and when I put my car in reverse ... we heard the same horrible scraping noise that hers had made. Weird right - so she got out and looked as I backed up and we realized the palm tree next to the parking space had a limb hanging down that scraped the roof of the car and that was what the noise was.. Yes we both feel like dummies. However - these folks didn't try and tell us there was anything wrong - I mean nothing . They were patient and really looked her vehicle over and didn't try and BS us about anything. Thanks NOLA Automotive. These ladies appreciate your honesty : )

Hands down the best repair shop in New Orleans. Excellent service. They took my Kia Sorento in after they were already closed and got to work on it first thing in the morning. Ray called me with a quote and worked with me on the price and gave me a great deal. He ran through every single part of the car that they were going to repair. He was very knowledgeable. He actually used to work at a Kia dealership. If you've got a Kia definitely take it here. Ray knew exactly what to fix to get me back on the road. They fixed my car the same day they started working on it, and it runs good as new.
