The front desk agent Ms Lisa is as sweet as can be. She help me estimate how much my repairs were. The mechanics are great I had water pump changed, tune up and oil change. Now my car runs smooth like baby. Awesome place to get your car fixed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! Came in with a last minute over heated car on Friday afternoon. Nola Automotive Repair was pretty busy at the time but was able to work around my schedule. I explained I needed to be somewhere in about three hours and they got me in! I am very happy about the customer service where the owner cares about his business! Car issues are never fun but thanks to Nola Automotive Repairs they eased my concerns and got me back on the road! Would highly recommend! Hands on local business with people that care!

TLDR: very honest shop, kind and knowledgeable staff, same day service, would return 100% I brought my 88 Ford in for a second opinion after the owner of another shop told me I needed the transmission rebuilt, there was a loud scraping noise whenever I accelerated. I'd never had any trans issues before and something wasn't sitting right. The next day I dropped my truck off at NOLA auto repairs, the woman who checked me in was patient and took the time to listen to me. She called about an hour later and said the mechanics couldn't find a transmission problem but rather a bolt in the converter had come loose and was rattling around causing the noise. They fixed it for a fraction of the price that I was quoted by the other shop and my truck sounds great now!

When the air conditioner went out on my car a local auto repair chain gave me a quote of $1,200 to replace the compressor. My husband told me to bring my car to NOLA Automotive. NOLA diagnosed the problem as an issue with the thermostat and repaired it for a small fraction of the cost. The expert staff was friendly and knowledgeable. On military orders across country and had a strut fail on the highway. The effectiveness and tact of this shop got my car in and out same day and without prior notice. after another shop tried selling me a transmission. I came to Nola automotive for a second opinion. I am so thankful I did. turns out all I needed was a solenoid pack to be replaced. I will definitely return for any further repairs. also The office staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.

I read the reviews went in with my old truck and my expectations were exceeded. They replaced those dingy lights on my truck replaced my brakes put new bumper cover on . also had a.c. work done now my a.c. blows cold again. I told them I need my truck for work and was told I would have my truck back the same evening and they held their promise. This place is quick fair and efficent. Will definitely be back .
