Do not bring your vehicle here. I needed a new radiator and the technician did not test drive my vehicle after the new radiator was done. So, within 24 business hours I noticed that my cooling gauge was approaching the half way mark after being parked for more than 8 hours. I called the Nola motors immediately and spoke with the technician who was working on my vehicle he advised me to refill the overflow radiator tank because he did not have a chance to test drive the vehicle after the new radiator and that the radiator had to be burped. I really didn’t know what that meant but I trusted the technician because Nola motors used to be Pit Stop which I have brought several cars for repairs at Pit Stop and some of the old employees were still there. The worst part was that 2 months later my car is running hot again and antifreeze is leaking. I immediately called Nola motors and the owner said bring it in. After finding the leak it was a hose that the technician failed to inform that my hose to the radiator was going bad. The owner did aapologized for the mistake but wanted me to pay for the hose to be replaced and the labor. After bringing my car to the dealership the technician stated that when installing a new radiator checking all hoses is a normal routine when installing a new radiator. Also, older vehicles are not welcomed at Nola motors because any small promblem they will blame it on the mileage’s and that your vehicle is old anyway. I only rated this place one star because I had to in order to write the review !! Horrible place, bad customer service point blank period !!! I miss this place when it used to be pit stop they were everything... Not willing to work with there customers when they make a mistake as long as they get your money weather the problem is fixed or not they don’t care

This is a Great auto repair shop, run by good honest people, I don’t know much about mechanics, so I needed to find a shop that I could trust... Nola Automotive is that place for me & my family!

I found myself broke down in new orleans and called these folks. Within 40 Mins I had a wrecker picking me up. I couldn't believe how fast they identified the problem and had me up and running before close. I thought the price was very fair.what a blessing to stumble upon this company. I would recommend to all.

Second time here and the service was prompt, thorough, and fair. They broke down estimates for three separate issues and only did the work I authorized. The co-owner, Ray Guidry, has been present and involved at every step, and his customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Ray was very knowledgeable. Nice friendly place and quick service. I'll go back here next time I need something done with my car.
