I had been driving nearby and suddenly got a flat tire, I was desperate, I know nothing about cars, it was literally pouring rain and I walked in to see if they could help me. They were full, super busy and the woman inside was shaking her head like there was no way— when joe, the owner of the shop came out and helped me ON THE SPOT out of the kindness of his heart! I literally feel like an angel rescued me, this could have gone so so so much worse. It was nice to encounter someone who’s actually kind and willing to help out a stranger. Most shops make you wait weeks for an appointment, I would have been stranded, had to get the car towed, taken cabs to work for weeks. I can’t recommend joe enough, he literally saved me

Super nice guys and efficient shop!

Hurricane Ida hit us all badly, and shut down many services, some of which have still not been able to return. And despite dealing with their own damages, NOLA Automotive Repairs was able to service our Toyota Tacoma the same day we called, and had us road-ready the next day. Many places we called were backed-up several weeks, but NOLA Automotive really came through for us, at a reasonable price. We highly recommend, and plan to use them in the future.
