My car mileage has nothing to do with the service that you provided just goes to show how unprofessional you are I just bought a new car of the lot just now but I’m never coming here again.
Mileage has a lot to do with a vehicle's performance. Parts do not last forever, and once a vehicle gets up in mileage, parts start breaking due to normal wear and tear. You brought your car here because A/C was not blowing cold air. We found that the condensor fan was not coming on and tested out bad. The condenser fan is the key to the lifespan of your A/C system. A failed fan will not only fail to produce cold air, but can even result in damage to the A/C system due to overheating. We replaced and tested it and your A/C was blowing cold. You called shortly after picking up and said it was blowing hot again. We told you to bring it back which you did. After we performed another inspection of the A/C system, we found freon leaking from the compressor. Freon leaks are not always easy to locate since it evaporates once coming into contact with outside air. Some of the time A/C service/repairs are a two part process. We then gave you an estimate for an A/C compressor kit. We are sorry that your vehicle needed this repair but we did our best to help you. Especially since you have brought your car here before on multiple occasions for various repairs with no issues. It is unfair that you gave us a 1-star review for something that was no fault of our own, but made even worse by giving us another 1-star review by using a second google account.
