New Orleans Auto Repair

I brought my car in last week because the A/C wasn’t blowing cold, and my car was pulling hard to the left. After an A/C hose replacement, tie rods replacement, and 2-wheel realignment, the A/C was working well again, but my car was now pulling to the right, my steering wheel was slightly off center, and the car was left grimy. After leaving a negative review of my initial experience, Joe (the owner) personally called me saying that they stand behind their work and asked for an opportunity to make it right: offering to have it looked at again, realigned, or cleaned—whatever I wanted. I decided to bring my car back this morning and they were able to realign all four of my tires at no additional charge. Joe also came in to test drive it with me and told me to continue to monitor it and call him or bring it back in if there continued to be any issues. Overall, I got the impression that they do care about their customer retention, and I appreciate how attentive they were this time around.

Friendly people and quick repair on my Ram 1500 that needed new AC compressor etc. All done in one day. I recommend you give them a try.

Our car had mechanical issues when we were leaving New Orleans to head back to Mississippi after a day trip to a museum. After the first repair shop we went to told us that we had to leave the car for two days before they could even look at the car, AAA referred us to NOLA Automotive. We received fantastic service!!! When Aaron answered the phone, and discovered that we were from out of town, he told us to come to the shop ASAP, and if the car could be repaired that day (already was 2pm), there would be a possibility that we would be heading home that day! Stacie was awesome when we arrived, putting us at ease during a very stressful time. She explained what the mechanic found, showed us the damaged parts, quickly ordered the parts, and the car was repaired in a few hours. The shop was quite busy at the time we arrived, but Stacey and Aaron were understanding of our predicament, and worked hard to have us on our way back home! Highly recommend NOLA Automotive Repair!

Respectful and good quality repair shop for anyone needing an honest and fair repair. We're from out of town, but we were able to get our car fixed in under 6 hrs for a reasonable price. The shop was similarly respectful and honest with my wife; no scamming, dismissal, or disrespect. I highly recommend this shop for any female travelers and car owners.
