I always take my car here because they are reliable, affordable, and Yvette at the front desk is so kind and helpful! They always get my car in and out quickly, and are flexible with my schedule when needed. This is my go-to mechanic!

Note:: This is in response to their response, as i gave only a 2 star with no review. No, I had to leave for a wedding that same day, on a Friday, picked up at the end of the work day for you guys and my car was not drivable after hitting 60 mph on the highway, due to the alignment not being done. And you were closed the next 2 days!!!!!!!!!! You failed to mention a very important matter. I had another shop able to break the nut on the tie rod and give a proper alignment, which I found out I didn't need new tie rods from the other shop I used. They were perfectly fine. But I do thank you for the refund on the alignment. I will not be using you in the future. I only gave a 2 star with no review and was gonna leave it at that, and you came at me with your explanation. . Yikes......

And on top of that... when I asked for the report on the alignment, to make sure everything was in the green zone... your printer was out of paper that day... really sketchy... and I didn't bring it in the NEXT DAY, I was in shreveport for a wedding... and luckily I had friends down here going to the same wedding or else I wouldnt have made it!!!! You returned an undrivable car back to me with the poor communication!! Had i not been educated from my mechanic friends, I could have had a horrible accident. I didnt come back in the next day, as you claim... that there shows me poor business.

My car now performs better than the day I bought it. Excellent service. This service is exceptional in its flexibility. Incredibly approachable; the only drawback to your success is that you're likely to be really busy, but it's worth it.

Tire issue. Prompt. Lots of cars being repaired, immediately took my car, figured out the seal on the tire had broken, and within 15 minutes analyzed it, fixed it, put it on, and I was on my way. Like $28. Personable, great, kind guys and gals. I'll go back for anything, except maybe a colonoscpoy. I don't think they do that.

Amazing people, right here! My car has a ticking noise, so they checked it out immediately and gave a diagnostic. The tension pully of mine has corroded and lost its bearings. They gave me the available choices. Fixed it in two hours for a fair fee and didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't need.
