Stacy got us in even though there was barely any possibility, and they completely did miracle work. Our car got messed up from another mechanic and they did everything they could to fix it. They were understanding in every way, kind, didn’t do any sort of unneeded work. They are the top of the top and we love them.

Came here in a pinch and was so nervous to go to a new shop but Stacie and the team here took such good care of me and my car, she was so helpful and explained everything to me in clear and simple terms, and didn’t rush me into any decisions and was very upfront about pricing. Had a great experience here, would definitely recommend!

This repair shop excepted our car shield So we had the vehicle towed and dropped it off come to find out that the engine was toasted. The transmission was toast and car shield figured out a way not to cover the repairs throughout the entire process the staff at NOLA automotive repair did an excellent job Communicating the situation Worked diligently on our behalf with car shield, but to no avail I’ll bring my car back to Anytime and look forward to their extended good service

Stacy was particularly helpful in decision making regarding a repair on a 2010 ford ranger that we had taken in for repair. Car repair is always scary as the worry is the repair shop will do things that are not needed. We have used this shop 5 times now and will never go anywhere else! They are super fair and quick!
