Fast and easy

We were driving from Pensacola Fl to Belle Chase LA when we all of a sudden blew a transmission line on the interstate. We coasted off the interstate, called AAA and they recommended NOLA Automotive and the tow truck brought our 2001 Astro Van here. We called ahead of time and let them know of our situation and they were the most helpful and friendly place ever. They got us in right away, fixed our transmission line, put new fluid in, and we were back on our way. These guys are the best! I recommend them big time!

Honestly, I was not sure what star rating to give. I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport and took it to NOLA Automotive. Stacy was especially friendly. I give her five stars for her communication skills. The car's AC was not working, and there was a ticking sound when I turned the steering wheel from the front tires. There were no warning signs. I told Stacy that I wanted the car to be in perfect condition. She said she could do a full inspection. I asked her to perform all necessary repairs. I paid $3,000. I picked the car up from the shop. After driving for about 20 minutes, the TPMS warning light came on, and the monitor displayed "see the manual." I drove the car back to the shop. They inspected the car and told me that the TPMS sensors on all four tires were not responding and needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote of $480. However, Joe (I think he is the owner) contacted me and offered the free service for it based on the possibility of humon errors, even though not sure of what actually happened with the tires. But any way they made me satisfied after spending $3000. I appreciate Joe's sincerity and openness. Now I am sure what rating they deserve.

We have brought our vehicle in for different services over the years and have been very pleased with the results. From small repairs to larger ones, they have always been very informative on what is being done & why.... which is really appreciated. Stacy has been outstanding with taking the time to answer any questions that may be of concern. You could be one of a few people in the waiting area but at the same time feel like you are being taken care of & never forgotten. Again big "Kudos" to Stacy and all the repair team!

NOLA Automotive is officially my go-to mechanic in New Orleans! As a young woman with her first car, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy shop. You always hear stories about places trying to get over on you, especially on women—but this shop is not like that at all. Miss Stacie at the front desk is so kind, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly. She never rushes through the quote and is happy to repeat things or answer any questions. The guys in the shop are respectful, knowledgeable, and funny too—they keep it light while also being professional. Most importantly, they’ve never tried to upsell me or throw on unnecessary repairs. Everything they’ve pointed out has been real and needed. I’ve gone twice now with my 2003 Toyota Corolla, and both times they finished the work same day (latest was 4:30 PM) when I dropped it off earlier in the morning—especially for brake work. If you just want honest and reliable service, I highly recommend NOLA Automotive. They’ve really earned my trust!
