Ray has been extremely helpful throughout this entire process. From clearly explaining what was wrong with the car, to offering discounts, advocating on my behalf with the warranty company, and now helping coordinate the move to Hyundai for further repairs — he and the team have been very helpful and understanding. I really appreciate the support and professionalism during a stressful situation.
