UPDATE: I have changed my review to five stars after speaking with the owner. Shortly after I posted my initial review the owner reached out to me about what had happened. He kindly offered to do the diagnostic on my truck for free, and came to my house to pick up the truck so that I would not need to go out of my way on a busy day. He fixed what he could and delivered the truck back to me. He waived all the fees and spoke to me at length about what had happened. He was incredibly positive and gave me some resources for other automotive shops that may be better suited to deal with a truck of this age. I appreciate his candor, quick response, and general good vibe. THANK YOU! They get two stars because the first time I used them I had a good experience. I recently brought my truck into the shop because it had broken down unexpectedly. When I went to drop the vehicle off I stated that the car had broken down. I was unsure of what the issue was and that at the least it certainly needed a tune up. This was on a Wednesday. I was told I would be contacted Friday about picking up the vehicle. I was contacted and told the vehicle was ready. I asked if they had found the issue and was told they had cleaned the carburetor and replaced the spark plugs. I picked up the vehicle drove it home. The next morning it broke down on me with the exact same issue I had brought it in for. I left a voicemail about this knowing they would not be open until Monday. Monday morning I was not called back from my voicemail so i called them. I was told because I had not used the word “diagnostic” when I dropped the car off that they had only done a tune up. Apparently they will not search for an issue unless you use this language. I was told that the fault rested with me because I had not asked for a “diagnostic test”. When I dropped the vehicle off I described in detail the issue I was having. Suggested what a I thought it might be, but apparently dug my own grave by saying it needed a tune up. The receptionist was little to no help and was unapologetic about the miscommunication. I will not be using a mechanic that needs me to use coded language and doesn’t listen to what the customer is communicating. I am not a mechanic and by saying I don’t know what’s wrong is admitting I need help. Very frustrating experience.

Brought my vehicle in today for water pump repair. They got me in and out in no time. Couldn't believe the service I received, the place and employees went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and will use as my repair facility from now on, glad I found this place on google.

I brought my vehicle here for repair and I really felt comfortable with leaving my car here...everyone that I encountered were very friendly and they seemed pretty honest...so I left my car for repair. I spoke mainly with Stacy and she was very helpful, very informative and detailed with what I needed to get done to my car...I didn't feel like they were trying to just screw me out of money....the issues that I went in there to get fixed...they told me that I could go without that, but needed something more serious done...and it cost less than what I was trying to get done...so I went with it and I felt that they were being truthful. One of my worries about going to auto shops sometimes, is worrying about being screwed over b/c I'm a woman and b/c I'm going into the shop by myself...but I go off of my instincts and I felt like the people at this shop were genuinely legit!!! I also spoke to Lisa and she was pleasant, as well! I spoke to Joe too and he was very nice too and very helpful!!! My car is very old...VERY, but I love it and I'm working on fixing it all up... Long story short....they let me know what I needed to get done 1st; the most serious issue to keep it running vs what I wanted to get done....they could have easily taken my money and did the job that I wanted...and my car would have konked out later, but they didn't...and for that, I'm grateful!! Thumbs up from me!!

Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger because the engine was misfiring, when I got it back it ran better than ever. Any future repairs needed to my vehicle will be done here. Wonderful place! 10/10
