Car wouldn't start, brought it to these good people who ran a diagnostic and determined I needed a new battery. Pete and Stacy stayed late, after closing, to make sure the new battery got installed. Customer service was phenomenal, toss mechanic stereotyped to the side.

I contacted NOLA Automotive Repairs via Yelp, and received a quick, friendly, straightforward price estimate. Their estimate was clear, broke down the estimated pricing, cost of labor, and expected time. They were able to schedule me for the next business day within a minute or two. When it came to the repair, the mechanics were fast, polite, and friendly. I hadn't thought about the antifreeze needing to be replaced following the repair. The additional charge for this was more than reasonable--a refreshing change from what I had experienced at Ray Brandt with another car. NOLA Automotive is exactly what I look for in a mechanic--fair pricing, straightforward communication, and trustworthy performance. I would recommend them to family and plan on taking my other car in for its next high-mileage service.

I was given a very prompt reply to my email requesting a price, and every interaction from then on was just as easy. I dropped my Fit off on Saturday for a front brake job and 2 hours later I was going back to get it. $50 cheaper than the dealer, and the funny stand-up routine from Pete over the phone was free!

So I had to get me transmission fluid flushed n changed today 5-2- 2020. So I called this place because someone told me they do a good job. Well the person who answered the phone said he would call me back n give me a quote n that was at 10am now it's 4:30pm ! If u didn't want my business u could've said something don't just let me wait all day assuming that you're gonna call me! I'll just let Honda take Care of it! It might cost a lil more but I'm for sure I won't be disappointed!

Honest mechanics!! I love this place! Took my Caddie in cuz the engine light went off. They could have told me anything but were completely honest. Highly recommend!!

I recently brought my car to nola because it was running hot and I was only able to start the car in neutral. Within probably about an hour they was able to tell me that the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. Once the repairs was made I haven't had any problems. As a woman, I usually feel a little uneasy about going to a mechanic shop because I don't want to be taken advantage of. At nola I didn't have that to worry about. Thankyou to the staff for there hardwork, honesty, integrity, and reasonable prices.
