Literally the worst place ever to get yo car fixed . I’m working on a lawsuit for this place . They is fraud & will get you for yo money . The people don’t do they job at all & the people up front lies about everything & then tell you the problem after you already gave them the money . Please I’m begging everybody not to come to this place . The is not a real car shop at all . They diagnosic machine don’t show everything going on with the car . Aaron is a liar & the lady with the glasses never understands anything . They just there for a job & the mechanics in the back don’t do they job at all . They all need to be fired or to have the company shut down .

After I posted the review below, the shop contacted my daughter and asked her to let them try to make it right. She returned today and they completed/corrected the work, with the owner personally taking her on a test drive to ensure she was satisfied. Clearly, they care about retaining customers and stand behind the quality of their work. My previous review: “My daughter used this shop for the first time recently. The interior of her car had an incredible number of grease and oil stains when it was returned. - a sign of poor management at the least. Additionally, the car was pulling to the left when she went in for repair. Now, it is pulling to the right. They did not fix the alignment issues to her satisfaction.”

This was my first time going to this shop and not going back. My car was pulling to the left and my A/C had stopped blowing cold, but I couldn’t even initially focus on the repairs because of how disgusting my car interior was when picking it up. It wasn’t spotless when I brought it in but honestly nothing could have prepared me for how grimey both of my front seats, floor carpets, steering wheel, and drivers side door had gotten over the 48 hours they had my car in the shop. There were courtesy papers on the floor but it had been carelessly pushed and crumpled to the side making it entirely ineffective. It took me several hours to get it cleaned back to how it was when I brought in. I’ve been to other repair shops and have never seen my car so gross. On top of the grime, they didn’t even correctly fix the steering issue. I mentioned when I brought in my car that another mechanic said my strut and tie rods needed replacing, but they only replaced the tie rods. My car is now pulling to the right and my steering wheel is crooked when driving straight. Spent $1400 on the two repairs for them to not even fully fix both issues. Overall bad experience with this shop and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I brought my car in last week because the A/C wasn’t blowing cold, and my car was pulling hard to the left. After an A/C hose replacement, tie rods replacement, and 2-wheel realignment, the A/C was working well again, but my car was now pulling to the right, my steering wheel was slightly off center, and the car was left grimy. After leaving a negative review of my initial experience, Joe (the owner) personally called me saying that they stand behind their work and asked for an opportunity to make it right: offering to have it looked at again, realigned, or cleaned—whatever I wanted. I decided to bring my car back this morning and they were able to realign all four of my tires at no additional charge. Joe also came in to test drive it with me and told me to continue to monitor it and call him or bring it back in if there continued to be any issues. Overall, I got the impression that they do care about their customer retention, and I appreciate how attentive they were this time around.

Friendly people and quick repair on my Ram 1500 that needed new AC compressor etc. All done in one day. I recommend you give them a try.

Live out of town & they took my car at 2:30. Excellent customer service!!! Explained everything & gave choices for the repairs. Could not be happier with a auto repair shop.

Our car had mechanical issues when we were leaving New Orleans to head back to Mississippi after a day trip to a museum. After the first repair shop we went to told us that we had to leave the car for two days before they could even look at the car, AAA referred us to NOLA Automotive. We received fantastic service!!! When Aaron answered the phone, and discovered that we were from out of town, he told us to come to the shop ASAP, and if the car could be repaired that day (already was 2pm), there would be a possibility that we would be heading home that day! Stacie was awesome when we arrived, putting us at ease during a very stressful time. She explained what the mechanic found, showed us the damaged parts, quickly ordered the parts, and the car was repaired in a few hours. The shop was quite busy at the time we arrived, but Stacey and Aaron were understanding of our predicament, and worked hard to have us on our way back home! Highly recommend NOLA Automotive Repair!

Respectful and good quality repair shop for anyone needing an honest and fair repair. We're from out of town, but we were able to get our car fixed in under 6 hrs for a reasonable price. The shop was similarly respectful and honest with my wife; no scamming, dismissal, or disrespect. I highly recommend this shop for any female travelers and car owners.
