First time using this repair shop, and I was very impressed. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. The staff is very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date with the progress of my repair. Shout out to Yvette you gave me very detailed answers to my questions while the repair was happening. She even sent me a diagram of the areas being repaired! Wow! I would highly recommend this business for any auto repair needs based on this experience and I will update my review after my next repair service with that experience as well. Today I have one of the most pleasant automotive repair experiences I have had in my 76 years on this Earth. I am out of town and traveling and had a car trouble and took it to NOLA Auto repair with a severe engine Miss. They greeted me very pleasantly(Sheila) and were incredibly efficient and assured me that they thought they could solve my problem that day so I can get back on the road. They fixed my engine problem and also charge my air conditioner while I was there and then on top of everything gave me a 10% discount for being a member of AAA. I asked Sheila if perhaps they could relocate the business to Dallas.

They did a good job flushing my transmission and charged a fair price. They quick and professional. I asked them to also install a new pair of car horns. They declined, but referred me to a great shop that specializes in electrical work! (And they did a great installation.). I am so happy! I will be back in the future. I can drop my car off and walk to work in the CBD. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Thank you NOLA Automotive for saving my Mardi Gras weekend! The staff was super nice and willing to fix my car within an hour. My car was inspected, the part was ordered and installed, and I was out very quickly. Super reasonable prices and very knowledgeable staff!

I went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and had a shock absorber fall off on our way :( Turned out NOLA Automotive could fit me in and get my car fixed in no time! I brought it in around noon and was out by 1:30. The staff was super helpful and willing to order parts and get it done the same day. Thank you NOLA Automotive for saving me and my Mardi Gras weekend!
