Yeah, I'm not getting the hype this place seems to have from other folks. Brought my Honda in for a diagnostic on a battery issue on a Monday afternoon, didn't get a call until Thursday morning. Picked the car up later that day and paid $100 to be told what the issue was (stereo draining the battery), but that they couldn't fix it there because they don't do stereos. Fair enough, but after taking the car to a place that does do stereos, the battery problem persists. Called and left a voicemail (they were closed at the time) to try to make an appointment and see if they could look into it again... 48+ hours later, I haven't received a call back. The staff members I interacted with were polite and nobody seems to be trying to rip you off, but the amazing level of service described in the other reviews here just hasn't matched up with my experience. I guess my search continues.
