Yeah, I'm not getting the hype this place seems to have from other folks. Brought my Honda in for a diagnostic on a battery issue on a Monday afternoon, didn't get a call until Thursday morning. Picked the car up later that day and paid $100 to be told what the issue was (stereo draining the battery), but that they couldn't fix it there because they don't do stereos. Fair enough, but after taking the car to a place that does do stereos, the battery problem persists. Called and left a voicemail (they were closed at the time) to try to make an appointment and see if they could look into it again... 48+ hours later, I haven't received a call back. The staff members I interacted with were polite and nobody seems to be trying to rip you off, but the amazing level of service described in the other reviews here just hasn't matched up with my experience. I guess my search continues.

Extremely professional, friendly, and efficient-- I dropped my car off in the morning to have its starter replaced, and I got a call within 2 hrs that it was ready to be picked up. And I have to second what other reviewers said about bringing their car in as a woman: it's nice to know that you're not being ripped off, and to feel comfortable in the interactions you have. It doesn't go unappreciated, and on top of the fact that they did a great job at a great price, this will definitely be the place I come back to in the future. Thank you!

I needed to check my car after having driven from Upstate NY down to LA, I thought there was something funny going on with the accelerator. Checking online I found this shop and it had good reviews, so I decided to try it. The owner was very helpful, test-drove my vehicle and was very straightforward and honest. He didn't see anything to worry about and charged me nothing. As any woman knows, going to a mechanic is not the easiest thing to do, since we don't usually know too much about mechanics and motors. But I recommend Nola Automotive Repairs for any person who wants to be treated fairly and honestly.

Stopped in on Friday to get an oil change and once-over to prepare for a cross-country drive to New York that same day. I was very impressed by how friendly, professional and -- most of all -- honest everyone was there. That can be hard to come by in car repair. I would 100% recommend them!

they were able to help me with my RV from the 80s that a lot of other mechanics can't/won't service. they were very clear about how much the service would cost and how long it would take, and applied a yelp discount without me having to even ask. the car was done the next day. I will definitely be back if I need anything else.

I'm on my third visit bringing in two different cars with the exact same high consistency of service and value as my first visit. I don't need to tell you... this cities streets eat cars for brunch, breakfast, lunch, lunner and dinner! (I'm not sure if "lunner is a real thing, but it should be.) So it was no surprise when my suspension went downhill overnight! Sway-bars, shocks, ball joints the whole thing was a mess! When I went in they had me back on the road within 24 hours. As a lot of other reviews here will contest... they talk to you like an adult (my wife noted the same thing) and explain the issue thoroughly which in turn gives you the confidence to know the job was done right before you get back on the road. For good measure I compared every single part that was replaced and their hourly rate to local averages and their pricing is on point! Excellent work, by a reputable dealer that is AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. What more do you want in life? One request to the business owner... DON'T EVER CHANGE!
