New Orleans Auto Repair

Driving from out of town I realized I made a huge mistake by leaving my oil cap off. My car started making lots of strange and loud noises so I brought it to the shop to see what could be done. I could tell they were incredibly busy but they took the time to look over my car give me a diagnosis and found the problem quickly. Despite the fact that they designated their Saturdays for repairs and normally would have had to wait till Monday to look over my car they gave me a diagnosis and tried to find the part I needed rather quickly to get it done that weekend. Unfortunately they did not have the part I needed but they gave me great advice and didn’t charge me at all for the service. The staff were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable and I’m so grateful to have come to the shop first before fixing my issue so where else later. If you ever need a diagnosis or repairs for your car go here first, these people are amazing!

So helpful, informative, reassuring and delivered above and beyond both in customer service and expectations. I've never had a flat tire and was so intimated by the process.... Especially on a Saturday when everyone else was closed. They were life saving!!! Thank you.

We were in town on vacation and had car problems. They were able to get us in right away. Unfortunately, the warning light would not come on while in their care so they were unable to make a diagnosis but they didn't charge me for trying and were honest and friendly. I was worried about being a tourist and being taken advantage of but they were honest and I appreciate it so much!

We were stranded on the day we were going home. They fixed our truck with in 4 hours and we were on the road again! Thank you NOLA repair!

Last time I went here, and the last time I will go here, one guy was trying to sell me a car. The whole staff later mentioned to me that this guy was a joke, but what's not a joke is DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I tried three cars, and all looked like they came from cheap used car lots, and the one I drove overheated on the highway. When I talked to this individual (on the phone, he didn't even come in that day to make a sale) he continued to pressure me to buy the car, aggressively. He didn't seem to grasp the reality that his cars were junk. Or, he didn't care, which may be worse. Eventually he started shouting through the phone, and I told him I wasn't comfortable being basically abused in to buying a car, and he hung up on me. Skinny guy. Anyway, I don't know, I'd say it's fine for repair, but I'm not stepping in again. That's why it's three stars, because repairs have always been fair, and the rest of the staff seem motivated, happy, and ambitious (in a good way.) This car salesman also claimed to me that he owned the shop, and I was later told that that wasn't true. I hope he is gone.

Got my vehicle in quickly. Finished the work in a timely manner. Great communication from start to finish.

I took my car to these guys and they did a wonderful job my car wouldn’t reverse and I needed a transmission and they fixed the leak not only did they fix it but they told me other problems I had outside of want I asked them to fix. (Minor things). But I give them a 10 but could only rate 5 and Mr Blake was very informational professional knowledgeable and also took the time to come out to answer and fix anything I seen wrong 🤣 on my 95 Lincoln appreciate you and your business Mr Blake 💯

Just made my first trip to New Orleans today. Literally as soon as I got off I-10 my car started acting up and stalling .I Googled auto repair and this was the first shop that popped up. I nursed it there and they really did a great job. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast even though I could tell they were busy. I don't know if I will ever make it back here but I would definitely use this shop if I lived here. Thank you guys again 🙂

This is the second time I used NOLA Automotive. I found their workmanship to be excellent, professionalism top notch and the level of respect I was treated with unparalleled. It's not often a female consumer is treated with the level of honesty and respect they did me. The pricing was far lower than other places quoted and I couldn't be more pleased in how well my car is performing. I definitely recommend them and they are also a Certified triple AAA repair center which means a lot to me.
