My brakes were in very bad shape. The pedal was going to the floor. They thoroughly inspected the brakes, and found multiple problems. They fixed all of them and explained so I could understand, even showing me the brake pads they took off. The brakes are doing great, the price was outstanding and they got it done quickly. Wonderful!!!

I have been looking for a place to take care of my brake and suspension repair. I got several recommendations from friends but only Nola Automotive Repairs gave me the lowest quote. The people there were kind and nice to me. They did the job faster than I thought they would. Thanks guys!

This place is so easy to get to for those needed repairs. You never know when you will need to have your car fixed and NOLA Automotive Repairs is so accessible. I trust their inspectors for my car's regular maintenance. They are a big pride for the city of New Orleans!

They charged me 114 bucks to do nothing they don't know about the camera in the back dont waste your time and money

These guys are a lifesaver. I have been encountering this problem with my suspension for a long time. I brought my car to two other mechanics and they both said that they repaired it. I was pretty upset when I came down to NOLA Automotive Repairs but they assured me they will get it done. Thank you guys because now it's really fixed!

I called 3xs and clearly explained what was wrong with my truck. And it was clearly stated they can fix it. We agreed that AAA was going to tow the truck there. Once the truck arrived they called me and stated they are refusing service. The shop is a AAA approved shop. So I had to get my truck towed back to my house. It only needed an exhaust manifold bolts replace. It's not a major job. It's fine if they didn't want the job, but I called 3xs to insure they were okay with the job. From what I understand, all the mechanics work independently. So they only want expensive jobs for expensive cars. And that is fine, but I called them 3xs and to make sure they were accepting the job. From my experience, they are known for ripping people off, and they didn't see an outlet to do so with my truck. However this should not be a AAA approved shop.

Wonderful service! Nice people! I had a flat tire and walked in to see if they would be able to help. Pete immediately got my car in the shop for the tire repair. Jose did an excellent job. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Definitely recommend!

Car wouldn't start, brought it to these good people who ran a diagnostic and determined I needed a new battery. Pete and Stacy stayed late, after closing, to make sure the new battery got installed. Customer service was phenomenal, toss mechanic stereotyped to the side.

When it came to the repair, the mechanics were fast, polite, and friendly. I hadn't thought about the antifreeze needing to be replaced following the repair. The additional charge for this was more than reasonable--a refreshing change from what I had experienced at Ray Brandt with another car. NOLA Automotive is exactly what I look for in a mechanic--fair pricing, straightforward communication, and trustworthy performance. I would recommend them to family and plan on taking my other car in for its next high-mileage service.
