Stacy was a lifesaver. She’s the best. Her and the crew at the shop helped us when we needed it the most. Traveling cross country from Key West to California came with it struggles and our biggest one was when our brakes on the car failed and we needed everything replaced. We only had two days booked at a hotel in New Orleans on Bourbon Street so time was an issue. Stacy worked her magic and we got our car fixed in a day and a half. It was amazing and exactly the kind of luck we needed. If you are in New Orleans or you are just traveler passing through and you need car repairs this is the place to go!! Highly Recommend. Sometimes the best service is the least. After a car break-in while on vacation, I got the car there and told Justin I only had a couple days before needing to drive many hours home. Since he knew the manufacturer parts wouldn't be available in time, he showed me how to start the damaged ignition and taped the broken window for me. I only wish I lived close enough to NOLA to give them more business!

As per usual, extremely professional service, great listeners and problem solvers. Prices are fair, and communication is great. They are very understanding and fair. And pretty darned fast.

Went there for an AC diagnostic. Dropped off my standard vehicle and handed the key to the young man at the desk in one piece. Once I returned to retrieve my vehicle and my car key was sideways! I asked the young man what Happened and instead of being honest he lied and said “you handed me the key like that”. I completely lost it and shared a few choice words. Th elderly lady who was not there stated that I indeed handed him the key as such. She also received a few choice words. They also said they are accustomed to dealing with a standard but once getting in the vehicle with the broken key, the car seemed off. I am now on my way to a Service mechanic to look at the car and make sure they did not damage it too much. I only went their due to a friend who received an AC repair once. But now I will never recommend them and I will NEVER GO BACK!!

The "young man" service writer did what any person would do when trying to start a vehicle. He put the key into the ignition and turned it. The metal part of the key was not attached inside the upper plastic case part of the key, therefore the metal part turned sideways inside the plastic case. He removed the rubber cover you had on the plastic part of the key to find out that the screw that held those two parts together was not there. No one could have known that was going to happen. He figured it was already like that especially since there was a rubber cover on it. It was then that the service writer showed the manager the key, not the "elderly lady." The key was still fully functional. The whole key does not have to be replaced, just the plastic case. He even told you that the part is $10.00 on Amazon. Now, this customer wants to say his car "seemed off" because it has a standard transmission. The tech drove this car into the shop, did the A/C diagnostic, then drove it back out into a parking space. Who is the one not being honest? Seems like this customer will use any excuse to make us look bad. I discussed this situation with the owner and he said he will gladly replace the outer plastic key case, only because he wants to make all of our customers happy.
