Terrible service don’t wanna do their job would never recommend to someone who actually depends on their car and when I called they all had attitudes and they just overall don’t wanna do their job they just want your money so please don’t even waste your time please find a more professional mechanic shop that actually knows what they are doing and I’ve never heard of a mechanic shop that doesn’t work on wrecked cars even tho my vehicle was not wreck they tried to tell me it was when I only have a minor overheating problem then refused my service and overall wasted my time and money

The Vehicle was brought into the shop with no front bumper and obvious signs of collision, upon the vehicle being towed to the shop for an overheating issue the tow truck driver informed us of the fact the battery terminals were on the opposite way and most likely had fried a lot of the electrical system as a result. You withheld information about the vehicle knowing most shops wouldn't even look at your vehicle in that condition. Sorry we wouldn't work on your vehicle as we try to accommodate every vehicle brought in but this was a big exception and we would've never took this vehicle in if we knew the condition of it from the start. Reviewing a transmission shop in New Orleans has never been something I've looked forward to. But NOLA Automotive prevented me from making an unsafe and financially terrible decision, and got me back on the road quickly.

Excellent service in every way! They were able to immediately diagnose what's wrong with the suspension and radiator hose that suddenly appeared in my 2017 Toyota Sienna.

These mechanics are crooks. Totally took advantage of my college aged daughter. Charged her $2500 and never even looked at her engine. Her car completely broke down after only two days. They fixed nothing when we took the car to another mechanic. Terrible. Please don’t trust these people!

Please call or have your daughter call 504-299-9800, as we do not know your names or what vehicle you are referring to. We are sorry to hear that her car broke down, but any repairs we do, when we provide the parts, comes with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. The vehicle could have been towed to us to allow us to see what happened as far as why the vehicle broke down. We are a small business and value our customers. We NEVER charge anyone for repairs that were not done. If that was the case, we wouldn't have the repeat customer base that we have. Calling us names and telling people not to trust us is totally unnecessary. Usually that means it is a fake review.
