Had an excellent experience bringing my truck here for service. Drop off was easy and convenient. Their communication about needed repairs and costs was very clear. They were up-front about what did and did not need to be done. The truck was done very quickly (before I expected it actually). I highly recommend them

Honestly one of the best mechanic shops I've been to around here. Customer service was excellent (I mean extremely excellent) from scheduling an appointment with Lisa through phone, all the way to Joe walking me through my car and following up after finishing their work. I come to the shop for all my vehicle needs as they do honest work and even explain/follow up with you and reassure that all of their work comes with warranty. I plan to stick with this shop for as long as I'm here for all mechanics needs and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for an honest business with excellent prices and great customer service. Came here after receiving a prompt response to a message I sent via Yelp. I had an issue with another mechanics work that "magically resolved" but I was still concerned there may be something wrong. Long story short, upon inspection no issues were apparent and Mr. Joe explained to me what probably occurred with the other mechanics work. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and thankfully didn't make up a bogus problem just to get money out of me. I truly appreciate this and will definitely use this business again!

Just got my car serviced here before I head on a road trip tomorrow. They helped me out with everything I needed and pointed out some things they needed to fix. Awesome staff and even stayed after hours to help work on my car. Definitely stopping in here everytime I'm in town!

Great service and very friendly. We are from out of state and hit a pothole causing damage to our radiator. They were able to have our car fixed for us the next day! The owner was great and gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

NOLA Automotive Repair took me on super short notice for a front end brake job... had me in and out in about an hour and didn't rape my wallet !!!I'll definitely be seeing them again !!! And if you're an Uber driver let them know big d!$€@un+ !!!

I am very happy with their service and the only reason I took off 1 star was just due to some oil stains left on our drivers seat and door. Now to the good- we are driving cross country and our alternator started going out about an hour from NO. I messaged them on Yelp and they responded quickly and called first thing in the morning. We took the car in and it took them just a day to fix our car. The owner picked us up from our b&b and made it super convenient! Everyone is so amazing and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except for the oil. Also, I'm sure they would have cleaned the stains but we are back on the road! Thanks NOLA Auti Repairs!!

Phenomenal service! Quick, honest, and talented repair shop. Firestone said it would cost over $1K to fix my air conditioning, but I took my car to NOLA Automotive Repair for a second opinion. I'm sure glad I did. They had my AC fixed within hours and for a mere fraction of the price quoted by Firestone. Not to mention they dropped me off and picked me up from work in the CBD while my car was being worked on. Thanks guys!!!!

I highly recommend these guys for awesome steering repair in New Orleans! I got myself a smoother ride after they repaired my power steering. And the service is very affordable, too!
